Events: Have the standard events in the normal order. Special relays may be added by the host team.
Hurdles: In all hurdle races, except the girls 300m hurdles, the hurdle height will be lowered 3 inches, or one notch.
Awards: No awards at any meet except the meet on Thursday, 4-16-09.
Entry Fee: $25 per school per meet or $100 per school for the season for both boys and girls. $50 for just boys or girls. $5 for individual entries. All fees are payable to Lutheran South HS. Entry fee money will be used for awards at the meet on 4-16.
Starting Field events at 4:00 p.m., and running events at 4:30 p.m.

Entries: Please enter your athletes on athletic.net. Deadline is Feb. 26th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon).
Officials: The host school will officiate the running events, while other schools will each be in charge of one field event. The host school will assign field event duties.
Eligible Athletes who are placing at varsity meets should not be competing.
Athletes: Seniors may compete, but should be listed as competing for “no points.” No point athletes should not compete on 4-16.
