Welcome to the Westview Team Challenge 2010
We are looking forward to another quality meet!
In the lane races we will run the slowest heat first followed by the fastest heat. The relays will have one heat.
In the relay races points are double. 40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5. Other events are scored: 20-18-16-14-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
Admission: $3 Adults and $1 Students includes meet program
First Aid: First Aid Tent and Trainer near finish line
Coaches Hospitality Tent: A hositality tent wil be available to all coaches and meet officials. Eight meal tickets are provided in your meet packet, please let us know if you need more.
T Shirts: Short sleeve Team Challenge t shirts will be available for $10
Grandstands: Grandstands are not covered. So prepare your athletes in case of inclement weather. If you put up a team tent please put it at the top 5 rows and away from the finish line.
Locker rooms: Locker rooms will be available for athletes. The locker rooms will not be secure, remind athletes not to leave any valuables in the locker rooms.
Resutls: Results will be posted ont he east end of the Press Box. They will also be posted on Athletic.Net Friday night.
Parking: After Buses drop athletes off at the track (South Parking Lot) they must park in the North Parking lot.
Awards: Top finisher in each event will receive a medal. Ribbons for 2nd through 6th. Please have top 3 athletes report immediately after the event to the awards stand in the center of the field to receive award.
Pole Vault: Please bring your Pole Vault weigh in sheet to the Coaches meeting at 3:00 in the Press Box.
Distance Tags, hip numbers and pins awill be provided in your coaches packet for the 800, 1500 and 3000.
Please make sure you send your entry fee in by April 12th. The fee is $200, checks payable to Westview Track and Field Attention: Pam Leeding.
