Coaches:
2 entries per event and 1 relay per school. Please have all entries registered on athletic.net by Thursday 1:00 p.m. I will be doing a preliminary seeding for the meet at that time.
Any changes (adds, deletes etc.) may be made up until 6:00 p.m. Friday, please make these on athletic.net as well. I will do a final seeding for heats and flights for the officials at this time. We are having you do any changes Friday after practice on athletic.net so you have accurate entries, and we can get the meet started efficiently.
DO NOT EMAIL ANY CHANGES, AS THEY WILL NOT BE MADE via email.
We will only be taking SCRATCHES ON SATURDAY.
Field events begin at 10:30
Running events begin at 11:00 with the girls 3200
