7th Annual Elmer Runge Classic

  March 16th. We are not accepting additional teams. Teams that have committed should enter or cantact us ASAP.

After you finish your Mount Carmel entries on Sunday by 11:59am, please enter your TWO athletes per event in our meet.

   You may enter other athletes who may be substituted as "roster only "  

Our deadline is midnight Wednesday.

Unlike prior years, we are going to create heat sheets to make the meet entries and results much easier to manage. We will seed all heats based on your entries and seed times.Athletes without seed times will be seeded randomly.  You may substitute for an entered athlete on the day of the race. Instructions will be in your coach's packet.

I will finish modifying the event list for the meet (I forgot to change a few events) on Saturday night.

You may also nominate individual runners for the mens' and womens' Thom Hunt mile. We will select the top 12-15 runners for each race and automatically place the others in the varsity races. (This will be an exception to the "2 entrant" rule.) Last years' winners were Adrian Rafiee (now at USF) and Sammy Silva (now at Harvard).
