Welcome to the second BCS Invitational on May 1st, 2010. We are excited to have you attend. The focus of the meet is B, A, and AA schools who are looking for an invitational meet for the whole team. Running events will be timed using FAT.

10:00—Coaches meeting (please make scratches/substitution when you arrive on running event sheets located near finish line)

11:00—Running Events: Girls 4x200 Relay, Boys 110 Hurdles… Boys and Girls 3200 will be run near the end of the meet.
Entries: Unlimited entries. This includes the 4x200 and 4x100 relay. We will take enough second 4x400 relays to fill the second flight.
Field Events: Discus and shot put throwers will throw all three throws at one time. A minimum mark line will be used to determine if a throw is measured or not. This will help the meet move along in a timely manner.
Throwers will need to bring two implements and a partner to shag their implements. Javelin will be thrown off a rubberized surface onto the sport turf infield. All field events will have finals with three more attempts for the top 8.
Entry Fee: There is a meet entry fee of $125. This letter is your invoice. Please make checks payable to: BCS Athletics/Track. Spectator admission will be $3/adults and $2/student. This will help cover our cost of renting Bellevue High School.
Awards: Gold/Silver/Bronze batons for the top 3 in each event. Ribbons for 4~8.
Athlete of the Meet: Coaches will meet on the infield at the end of the meet and vote on the four athletes of the meet. (Boys Track, Girls Track, Boys Field, Girls Field).
BBQ: BCS Boosters will have a full concession stand. Coaches will receive a free lunch pass at our 10 am meeting. No food or drink on the track or infield.
Tents: Team tents can be set up on the west side of the stadium on the grass and in the bleachers. The east side of the stadium is covered.
