A few changes this year:

4x1600 will be baton to baton and not cross country style. While we liked the format, it was a nightmare checking them all in and seeing them all in the camera.

We will be seeding the 4x200/4x200FS/Coed Sprint med/4x400/Shuttle hurdles. Please submit times for those (I know you may not have ran those events, so do your best estimation by adding up your times for each individual). Your medals and points for the team score will still be given by school size (there should be about 1 heat of 9 and 2 heats of 6).

The shuttle hurdles are run with #1 and #3 running 5 hurdles (every other) at 6" lower than standard height....#2 and #4 run the full flight of hurdles (all 10) at regulation height.

Medals are given in the field events as a team not as individuals. Top marks form 3 competitors are added together.
