2010 CPS Boys' Indoor Meet
Online Entries are due on Tuesday, March 16 by 11:59 pm.
Eligibility sheets are due on Wednesday, March 17. Your meet status will change from unconfirmed to confirmed upon reciept of your online entries and eligibility sheets. You can email eligibility sheets to tesmith1@cps.k12.il.us or fax to 773-535-8097.
Waivers are also due on Tuesday, March 16. Every student that will participate in the meet must have completed either of the waivers. Students will not be allowed to compete without one. This is standard University of Chicago Policy. Please alphabetize the stack before you submit them so that they can more easily be reviewed. You can drop them off at TAMS, or send them through the mail run (GSR #40). I will also accept them by email at the aforementioned address.
Please review all of the instructions that were listed in the packet that was emailed to you and/or your athletic director. If you did not recieve a packet, please contact me ASAP by email or phone at 773-535-8033.
