AWARDS: Championship, runner-up and 3rd place trophies.
Medals to places 1-8 in individual events and 1-6 in relays
LIMITATIONS: Three entries per individual events. One entry per relay event.
SCORING: All events: 10 – 8 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
STARTING Girls High Jump – 4’4”, 4’7”, 4’9”, 4’11”, 2” raises
HEIGHTS: Boys High Jump – 5’4”, 5’7”, 5’9”, 5’11”, 2” raises
Girls Pole Vault – 7’0”, 7’9”, 8’3”, 8’9”, 6” raises
Boys Pole Vault – 9’0”, 10’0”, 10’9”, 11’3”, 6” raises
SPIKES: May not protrude more than 1/4 inch (Sealflex latex track)
DRESSING: Please arrive ready to compete. Restrooms are located in the concessions building.
FIELD EVENTS: The Long Jump, Shot Put, and Discus Throw will permit four attempts with NO FINALS.
NOTE: No coaches or non-competitors will be allowed on the infield during competition.
TRACK Chalk is the designated marking material for making check marks on
MARKINGS: the track or field event runways.
CONCESSIONS: Several types of food and drinks will be available.

Please submit entries by no later than Monday, April 27 by 5:00 pm.
We will send out a seeding list to all coaches via email on Thursday, April 30th in the A.M. hours. Substitutions can be made to your entries until Thursday, April 30th at 6:00 pm.
Only Scratches will be allowed on site. Please have all scratches done by 3:00 pm before the start of the Coach's meeting.
