3-11 Tuesday : Girls 4-5 mile warm up, Weight room. Boys 6-8 miles - Core Ball workout. Entries.
3-12 Wednesday: 6:45 am practice Henry Crown 1/2 mile warm up. 2x600 with a 600 jog, 3x400 with 400 jog, 4x300 with 300 jog, 6x 200 with 200 jog. No after school practice
3-13 Thursday: Easy pre race run. Boys weight room.
3-14 Friday: Henry crown Meet. Athletes report at 6:30. SENIOR NIGHT
3-15 Saturday : Easy run
3-16 Sunday : Day off
