Tues May 14- Easy run
Wed May 15- 1 mile warm up, 5x150, 4x300, 1 mile cool down
Thurs May 16- Girls to state!!! Leave school at 9:30
Fri May 17- Boys Sectional Meet @ Lisle bus leaves at 1:45

Please Note: 90 percent of season ending running injuries come from IMPROPER/OVERUSED FOOTWEAR. If you have not purchased a new pair of shoes for TRACK season get a new pair. Your legs will thank you.
BE SURE TO STRETCH EVERDAY AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER, RESTING PLENTY AND GETTING THE PROPER NUTRIENTS IN YOUR BODY!!!!!
