No 70 yd hurdle race among standard distance options so we are using the closet distance which is the 65 meter hurdles.
For the relay meet, actual distances are different for the following races from those on Athletic.net:
Boys and Girls Shuttle Hurdles: 4 x 70 yard shuttle hurdles
Girls Sprint Medley 110-110-220-440
Boys and Girls Distance Medley: 880-440-1320-mile (different order)
Please refer to the coaches information packet handed out at the meeting and available on the PAL webiste for the correct distances and order.
