2 Proteins - Low-fat milk, Yogurt, Eggs, Peanut butter, Cheese, Ham, Turkey or chicken sausage, Canadian bacon, Almond butter, String cheese, Scrambled egg whites, Cottage cheese, Walnuts.
3 Fruits- 100% juice, Banana, Strawberries, Fruit smoothie, Apple, Mixed berries, Applesause, Canned fruit, Tomato, Orange or tangerine, Tomato juice, Pineapple, Pear.
