This is a free camp for both High School and Middle School runners held at Redmond HS in preparation for the fall running season in conjunction with Redmond Oregon Running Klub. RORK is a USATF running club (37-0118) and had numerous runners qualify last fall for the Junior Olympic National Championships in XC. The camp will be at 6pm Monday through Friday. There will be chances to learn about running form, training theory, flexibility and begin building the foundation for later success.
