ERHS will be on its 14th year in 2013.
Our course is a tough, 5k Course.
Combination of grass/track/single track in woods
with two uphill sections, and one a nice gnarly single track uphill section
given the title of "Death Mountain"!
Undulating terrain throughout.
About 400+m of pavement near finish.
Times on our current course tend to be about 1:30 slower that average flatter courses.
Be prepared to go uphill at ERHS.
Start just off the track and finish on the track for fan-friendly viewing via the bleachers!!
