Welcome. Please show up near 3pm. We will have a coach's meeting at the finish line at 3:15. Field events start at 3:30pm and races shortly after.
We will run seperate 2B/1B heats except in the 1600/3200. We will run 800m in lanes. The field events will have a 3prelim/3final format with the top
5 in each division advancing to finals. Ribbons for top 5. The bullilten will be emailed to the coach's on 5/7. Timing will be FAT. The results will be out with in minutes of the end of each race. Top 3 2B and top 4 1B to Tri's.
Please registar as 1B or 2B please. Entry's may be changed until Thursday pm. Try to not "overload" field events.
