Welcome Coaches to the RRHS and HVHS 2011 Dual Meet!!!!! This meet will be hosted on March 16th, Wednesday at RC Gail Stadium in Rogue River.
Registration on athletic.net will need to be finalized by Monday at 6pm... If you have any Q's please contact JJ Moses at 541-601-1626. Each Team has delegated volunteer duties for this meet so below please look to see what your coaching staff needs to assist this meet with:
Field Events:
Hidden Valley
Pole Vault, Discus, High Jump and Shot Put
Rogue River
Javelin, Long Jump and Triple Jump
Running Events:
Starter: RR
Timers / Card Givers: RR / HV
Block Transport: RR
Hurdle Crew: RR / HV
Results: RR
COMBINED RUNNING EVENTS: The following events will combine both genders:
3000m, 1500m, 400m relay and 1600m relay
** Field Events will start promptly at 3:30 following the national anthem and running events at 4:15. This meet will host the standard order of events based on 1st, 2nd and 3rd calls. The 1st call will be given at 30 min prior to the event, 2nd call 15 min and 3rd call 5 min... COACHES please make sure that your athletes are ready to compete by the 3rd call and they are properly warmed-up to ensure every athletes safety.
** Field event competitors will have 3 attempts and no more than 4 athletes from one school competing in a single field event unless agreed on by the PIC of that event.
