You are allowed 3 entries in each field event. Each field event will have 3 trials.
Team relay scoring will be determined by the distance/height sum of the 3 team competitors.
Boys and girls will be scored separately.
There will be no Pole Vault weigh-in…Coaches will need to turn in the OSAA Pole Vault Verification Form

Each school will get 1 relay team entry per gender and 1 team entry in the Co-Ed Sprint Medley.
In the 300m hurdles, each team is allowed 2 athletes per gender. Team winner will be the sum of the two times.
The Co-Ed 5000m is limited to 1 male and 1 female scoring participant per school, and up to 2 entries each, and team winner will be the sum of the two times.
Please enter athletes in the Throwers Relay who are actual throwers on your team, not track kids or jumpers who occasionally throw.
Boys and girls will be scored separately in all but the Co-Ed races.
Team champion is based on combined Male and Female team scores.
Team Scoring will be 30-26-22-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2-1
Ribbons will be awarded to the top-8 teams in each event…immediately following the conclusion of the event.
A Champion's Plaque will be awarded to team champion.
