District 1 Track Meet

We would like to welcome everyone to Liberty Christian School for the District 1 track meet. It is our hope to provide the best experience possible for all the schools, athletes, and parents. All entries will be submitted using athletic.net. Entries must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday April 11. We will have a scratch meeting under the home bleachers of the stadium at 8:15 am. There will be a hospitality room provided for coaches only. Please email Zack Vest zack.vest@libertychristianschool.com the total number of coaches that will be attending the meet. This will be a finals only meet with the exception of Varsity field events. Please tell your parents and fans that there will be a charge to get into the gate. The prices will be $2 for students and $4 for adults.
JV field events will have 3 attempts only. Varsity field events will have 3 attempts followed by the top 8 competing in the finals with an additional 3 attempts.
Every school must provide 1 coach to help time and will need to report to the start/finish line by 8:45 am for the beginning of the 3200m. They will report back at 1:00 pm for the beginning of the 4x100 through the end of the 4x400. We will not begin until all the timers are in place. Hurdle Setters: need to report to the start/finish line during the 800m for the 100h/110h, and during the 400m for the 300h.

Each school will also be responsible for judging one of the field events. The school assigned to each field event will be responsible for providing all the coaches needed to run off the event. No students/athletes will be allowed to help run any of the events. Liberty Christian will provide all tape measures, rakes, and cross bars. The assignments are as follows:
