The following schedule of events is given for your convenience and we will try to follow it. All coaches should have their boys/girls report to the bullpen on second call
8:30 Track is open
(Coaches meeting and Scratches done by 9:00)
9:30 Girls (6’6”) then Boys Pole Vault (9’6”);
10:00 Boys Discus, then Girls
Boys Long jump (open pit 10:00-11:00 finals to follow)
Girls (4’4’’) High Jump then Boys (5’4’’),
Girls shot put, then Boys
11:30 Girls Long Jump (open pit 12:00-1:00 finals to follow)
11:00 Finals

Only competitors, officials, and coaches of teams will be allowed on the infield during competition. Individual medals are awarded to top 8 places this year and relay medals are awarded to the top 6. A championship trophy will be awarded to the top boy’s and girl’s teams in two divisions along with a runner up trophy. The point system will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
ENTRY PROCEDURES: You are allowed 3 participants per individual event and one relay team per relay event. Entries will be done at
www.athletic.net. There is a sheet connected with info on how to do this. We would like entries completed by Thursday at 10:00 pm.
SCRATCHES: Can be made during the coaches meeting. NO substitutions at this time please.
MARKINGS: Only chalk and tape will be allowed for marking of the track.
SHOT PUT/ DISCUS: Contestants will be given 3 attempts. The Top 9 will go to finals.
LONG JUMP: Open pit. Contestants will be given 3 attempts. Top 9 go to finals.
CONCESSIONS: The Chippewa Hills Sports Boosters will operate a concession stand located by the bullpen at the track.
ADMISSION: Cost is $5 per person or $10 per car load.
