WESTLING 2007 INVITATIONAL

ENTRY DEADLINE: 6:00 pm, Monday, April 16th. This is a firm deadline, no exceptions.
TUESDAY, APRIL 17th Meet entries will be posted at http://www.watfxc.com/TF/Westling%20Invite/Home.htm and emailed to coaches.
CHANGES: I will accept changes through Thursday, 12:00 noon. Acceptable changes are: scratches, replacing an athlete with one who has an equivalent mark, or adding an athlete to an event if space is available. Change: Send changes to me via email: dfulton@sw.wednet.edu Updated entries will be posted and emailed Friday morning.
SCRATCHES: Please submit scratches by Friday 6:00 pm.
COACHES MEETING - 9:45 (Room 107, Follow signs North of Stadium) ... Heat sheets will be available at 9:00 in room 107. Late Scratches must be completed by 10:00. Heats may be reheated after the scratches have been made.
ENTRIES: Each team is allowed one competitor per event. Additional competitors, up to three, may be entered. Top 24 will make fields, 30 in 1600m/3200m.
COST: $85.00 for both girls and boys teams; $5.00 per individual.
ADMISSION: General public admission prices: $2.00 for adults or students w/o an ASB card, $1.00 for students.
