Lewiston Invitational Track & Field Meet on March 21, 2009.
Medal awards will be given to the top three finishers in each event. Team awards will be given to the first place male team and first place female team. Also, individual awards will be given for the top girl and boy track athlete and field athlete.
There will be a limit of three (3) athletes per school in each event. All events will be pre-seeded this year.
The events schedule is new this year. We are adding the distance medley (1200 meter, 400 meter leg, 800 meter, and 1600 meter). Due to this addition there will be no sprint medley.
Entries must be submitted in the correct format. If you have HyTek team manager please send the zip of your entries directly to Keith Stuffle via email (kstuffle@lewiston.k12.id.us). Otherwise register with and make your entries at http://www.athletic.net/ .
Entries must be received or posted by 12:00 pm Wednesday, March 18, 2009. If they are not received by the above time, you will not compete in the meet. Declaration forms will be sent out by Thursday, March 19th. All changes (scratches, substitutions, and additions) must be submitted directly to Keith Stuffle. All changes must be received by 12:00 pm Friday, March 20, 2008. Scratched will be taken the day of the meet but no additions or substitutions will be allowed the day of the meet.
Lewiston Invite Entry Fee: $100.00 per school
OR $5.00 per athlete
If your school is willing to work an event there will be NO ENTRY FEE CHARGED. This will help me out since Lewiston is a tough place to get volunteers. It may help some of your schools out during the budget crisis. Please let me know if you want to do this. Email me and let me know the event you would like to work. First come first serve.
