The TAPPS District 4 Division 2 A Track and Field Meet will be held Thursday April 23rd at Lutheran South Academy in Houston. The physical address is 12555 Ryewater Drive, Houston, Texas 77089.
Entries are due on www.athletic.net by 6:00 pm Wednesday April 22nd. Hopefully this will keep the number of changes to a minumum on Thursday.
The schedule of events is as follows:
9:00 am 3200 and shot put and discus--In the shot put and discus each athlete will receive 3 attempts and then the top 8 efforts will receive another 3 attempts in the finals.

9:30 am Running prelims right after the 3200 meter run
400 Meter Relay

Field events begin 15 minutes after running prelims
Triple Jump Girls then Boys--Each athlete will receive 3 attempts and then the top 8 efforts will receive another 3 attempts in the finals.
Long Jump Boys then Girls
High Jump Boys then Girls--Starting height to be determined at the meet.
Pole Vault Girls then Boys--Starting height to be determined at the meet.
12:30 pm Running finals begin. We want to begin these on time. We are also timing the preliminaries for our district meet at Northland Christian, that night. If we begin at this time it will allow us time to get to Northland and set up for that meet.
