Dear Coaches:
Each school will be allowing 2 entries in each running event, one relay and 2 entries in the field events. (Sorry, this meet has grown beyond expectations) All throws will be measured with the top 9 advancing to the finals.
Coaches we are running the Girls 3200 at 11:45 this year to break up the boys and girls 3200 towards the end of the meet!!!!!
We are adding in a Throwers Relay (4x100) this year! The entry requirements are throwers only (Shot, Discus, and Javelin) that throwing at this meets. This relay will not go towards the team points but will get ribbons for places. You don't have to sign your athletes up on athletic.net for this relay. Once again this is a exhibition event.
The events will be scored according to the National Federation Handbook based on teams entered. Medals will be awarded for 1st place, ribbons through 8th and team plaques for the Champion and Runner-up, boys and girls teams.
The entry fees for the meet are: Boys and Girls Teams per school $75
Single Team (boy or girls only) $50
6-10 Individuals $30
5 or less individuals $25

The Coaches meeting will take place at 10:00am in the green track shack on the east side of the facility. The starting heights will be set by the quality of the entries and we will be attempting to allow success for all of your athletes.
Running shoes may not have spikes longer the ¼ inch, NO pyramids. Throwing implements may be used only in the designated throwing areas. (Javelin’s throw ONLY in javelin area, even warm-up) Athletes not following this rule will be disqualified from competing. Coaches we ask that your implements be put away after your thrower(s) have competed. PV verification forms are due at coach’s meeting. (Download from WIAA site, please).
Field events will be thrown in flights according to qualifying marks entered on ATHLETIC.NET by the coach, please enter THIS year’s mark only.
Entries are due by Thurday at 8 pm
