Lapwai JV Invitational Track & Field Meet on March 20, 2010.
Medal awards will be given to the top three finishers in each event. Team awards will be given to the first place male team and first place female team. Also, individual awards will be given for the top girl and boy track athlete and field athlete.
All events will be pre-seeded this year.
We will also be running a thrower's relay 4 x 100m immediately following the regular 4 x 100m relay.
We will run the sprint medley.
Entries must be received or posted by 12:00 pm Thursday, March 18, 2010. If they are not received by the above time, you will not compete in the meet. I won't download until Friday @ noon so you can make changes up until that point. Scratches will be taken the day of the meet but no additions or substitutions will be allowed the day of the meet.
Lapwai Invite Entry Fee: $100.00 per school This will include two coaches t-shirts if you pay in advance or bring a check with you.
OR $5.00 per athlete
If your school is willing to work an event there will be NO ENTRY FEE CHARGED. Please let me know if you want to do this. Email me and let me know the event you would like to work. First come first serve.

Girls shot put followed by Boys. We will be running two shot put rings at the same time-three throws-finals to follow.
Boys high jump followed by the Girls.
Boys discus followed by the Girls We will be running two discus rings at the same time-three throws-finals to follow
Girls pole vault followed by Boys.
Boys long jump followed by the Boys Triple Jump.
Girls triple jump followed by the Girls Long Jump.
