Hi everyone! Thank you for registering for our meet. The charge for our meet is $100.00 total per school (please make checks out to CDA Track and Field). We will have breakfast food as well as lunch for you. Jay Rydel who runs the Washington State A B BB meet will be our Meet Director. We also have several USATF officials coming and we have started a training program for our parents. So the meet shall run smoothly. We will pray for good weather. Teams will be allowed two entries per event- heats in distances may be altered due to number of entries (max of 2 heats in 1600 and 3200 m runs). Entries will be accepted through Athletic.net only!! Entries will be due by noon on Thursday, April 22nd.
The number of High Jump participants will be limited to the top 24 boys and top 24 girls (submitted marks) - maximum 2 boys and 2 girls per school. Boy and girl jumpers will be broken up into two flights of 12 jumpers each. Opening heights: Girls 4' 4" ; Boys 5' 4"

Here are the standards for the throws: Girls Disc 90" Boys Disc 100", Girls Shot 30" Boys Shot 35" We will not measure any distance under these.
