General Information
Be aware that long ferry lines are possible on Saturday, you can make reservations by contacting the ferry service. I will be sending out an invoice via email on Monday 4/19, please make arrangements to pay in a timely fashion.
We will have an optional coaches meeting at 9:30 am.
Entry Information
Register all athletes on athletic.net. You are allowed two athletes in each event, three in the 1600m and 3200m. Note this is a deviation for years past. Use seeding marks from 2010 only. We have added a F/S 1600m event.
Registration closes on Tuesday at 6:00 pm. I will then post preformance lists on Wednesday. Changes which can be made via email up until 7:00 pm Friday, April 23rd. Last minutes changes will be limited to before 9:00 am Saturday morning. Lane assignments and field event flights will be posted at 9:30 am at both the start and finish lines.
If space allows we may allow a third entry for qualified athletes in the laned and field events which have space.
Submit only one quality mark for your third entry by 6:00 pm Wednesday. Email dfulton@sw.wednet.edu
