We will not accept faxed or mailed entries.
COACHES - Scratch Meeting – 10:45 A.M.
*Substitutes will be allowed but NO additions
*The first thing coaches will be asked to do upon arrival is list all entered athletes that did NOT come with your team or who will NOT compete in the meet.
This makes computer management much easier and cleaner!
Coaches – hospitality room under press box…partake at your own risk! Please help us keep athletes out.
*COACHES: 1) Results will be posted on the bulletin board below the press box
2) Meet results will be posted on athletic.net by Saturday evening! we hope J
3) We will not be making photocopies of results
4) Please pick up team ribbons at end of meet
*5) Please send or bring your entry fee made out to: Glide HS/TRACK:
$75 or $7 per athlete ($30 minimum per school)
These funds are used in part for ribbons, trophies, coach’s hospitality room, event judge’s meals, etc.
We will score the top 8 places, ribbons to the top 6 in each event.
A team trophy/plaque for most points will be awarded to the top boy’s and the girl’s team.
Field Events – limited to 3 competitors from each team
(3 boys and 3 girls)
12:00 Noon Girls Javelin followed by Boys
12:00 Noon Boys Discus followed by Girls
12:00 Noon Girls Long Jump followed by Triple Jump (north pit)
12:00 Noon Boys Long Jump followed by Triple Jump (south pit)
12:00 Noon Girls Shot Put followed by Boys
12:00 Noon Girls High Jump followed by Boys
12:00 Noon Boys Pole Vault followed by Girls
*FOUR 4) attempts and NO FINALS (throws and horizontal jumps)
High Jump and Pole Vault will use the 5-Alive system
Starting heights: Girls HJ – 4’0” (2” increments both) Boys HJ – 5’0”
Girls Pole Vault – 6’0” (6”increments both) Boys Pole Vault – 8’0”
**OSAA forms are required for all pole vault competitors
*As field events are completed for each division (boys/girls) a final call for the other division will be announced.
**If athletes do not check in for their flight/heat they will be scratched!
Running Events *(Times are approximate – athletes will need to adjust their warm-up accordingly)
*Each school may enter only 3 athletes in a given running event, 4 total events per athlete
**All athletes competing in running events must first report to the Clerk’s Circle

There is also plenty of space to set up tents.
**The infield of the track will only be open to javelin, long/triple jump and high jump competitors and the judges of those events. Coaches and spectators are to remain outside the fenced area of the track…unless you would like to help
move hurdles!
