Hello to all Coaches who are attending the 2010 Pacific Invitational Track Meet. I want to thank you in advance for attending. All results will be uploaded to
www.athletic.net after the meet.
For Safety the infield is closed to all non-competitors. Coaches are allowed in the infield - but please be careful. Please help us by keeping your non-competing athletes out of the infield.
We will have three jumps/throws. Starting heights are negotiable, but the default starting heights are: HJ 4-0 and 5-0.
VERY IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ: Be sure to enter an override mark for each athlete for seeding purposes—mainly for the running events. A time from last year or even a best guess is fine - just so we can make sure that athletes are placed in the appropriate heat or flight.
Have your final entries on the site by Monday, April 5th at 3 pm.
- This will give meet management time to import them into Hy-tek.
- You can make changes on the site (without contacting me) until 9 am on the day of the meet.
- Please take care of as many scratches, substitutions, etc., before the 9 am deadline.
- NO ADDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE 9 AM DEADLINE ON MEET DAY. Scratches and substitutions ONLY!
