Please confirm attendance to the meet and enter athletes into their events by grade. To aid in heat seeding and flight selections, include the athlete’s realistic expected performance or personal best performance in each event. If no mark is entered for an athlete, they will automatically be put in the slower heats.
NO DAY OF MEET ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!
Meet Entries Note: Athletes are authorized to "compete-up" in one or all of their events. For example, a 7th grade athlete can be entered in the 8th grade division for an event. Relay teams can be of mixed grades, but must be entered in the division of the oldest athlete. For example a 400m relay with three 6th graders, and one 8th grader must be entered as an 8th grade team.
Calls & Check-in:
First calls will be given approximately 15 minutes before an event is to begin. Athletes should check in at the first call. Second calls will be given approximately 10 minutes before an event is to begin. At the second call athletes should report immediately to their running event starting area or to their field event sites. A final call will be made 5 minutes before the start of each event. Athletes not checked in with the starting line clerk or field event official by the final call will be immediately scratched. Athletes who are competing in both running and field events must check in with the field event official and then must check-out with the official before leaving to check in for their running event. Once an athlete has checked-in at a running event, they cannot leave, otherwise they will be scratched.
