The boys team placed 2nd with 71 points. The highlight of the meet was a stunning 1-2-3 finish in the 1600. Conrad Schultz won with a season best 4:31. Freshman Logan Kleam finished 2nd with a PR of 4:33 (currently the #2 9th grader in D1). The 3200 Relay of Cameron Karagitz, Logan Kleam, Eric Wilkewitz and Conrad Schultz placed second with a season's best time of 8:24. Kenny Williams held the lead in the Long Jump until the 2nd to last jump and had to settle for 2nd place. Kyle Martin placed 3rd in the Vault equalling his 12' PR. The sprint relays of Desmond, Jones, Matt Jordan, Kenny Williams and Niko France pklaced 4th in 400 & 800 Relays.
MITCA Team State
The Boys team is currently ranked 16th and is still on track to be invited to MITCA Team State hosted at Wyandotte on May 25th.

The Warriors Boys took a a tough one point loss to Trenton on Tuesday, 69-68. The Warrior swept all four relays. Warrior winners in the Open events were: Niko France (100), Conrad Schultz (1600 and 3200), Cameron Karagitz (800), and Desmond Jones (200). The second place finishers were: Kenny Williams (Long Jump), Kyle Martin (Pole Vault), Matt Jordan(400), Logan Kleam(3200), France (200), and Karagitz(1600).
The Warrior Boys are 1-1 in Downriver League competition.
At the Jefferson Invite on Saturday the Boys placed 6th in the 15 team field. Kenny Williams won the Long Jump on cold, blustery day with a personal best jump of 20'9.5". The Warrior distance crew had a nice day with Conrad Schultz, Cameron Karagitz and Logan Kleam placing 2nd, 3rd and 5th in the 1600 (with times of 4:36, 4:41 and 4:45 respectively). Schultz was 3rd in the 3200 (10:01) and Kleam placed 5th (10:28). Karagitz was 5th in the 800. Other scorers were: Niko France (100-5th), and Desmond Jones (LJ-8th). The 400 relay was 8th, 3200 relay was 4th and the 880 relay was 4th.
The Warriors travel to Carlson on Tuesday and will be at the Charger Invite next Saturday.
