"The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential...these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal success."
"Either you run the day or the day runs you!"
Thank you all parents and athletes for making the Pomona Invitational such a resounding success. Word is getting out that this is one of the premier meets in the state and it is in large part due to the efforts you have put forth helping! Thank you again!
We had a great showing at the meet! Virtually every person on the track ran their best times of the year in at least one event. What a great day! One of the signs of a great team is the fact that when the competition level raises, so does your effort and focus. WE PROVED THAT WE ARE A CHAMPIONSHIP CALIBER TEAM IN JEFFCO! And if we continue to improve, in a few years maybe even the state! Special congratulations to Alaina Anderson for winning the 3200 and bringing home the Female Track MVP award! Keep up the good work!
This week we have the Freshman League Championships (weather permitting) and a 5A Qualifier on Tuesday (both at Jeffco). Saturday, we are going to two meets. The first is the Grandview Inviete at Cherokee Trail High School, the second is the Maxine Ehrmine Invite at Mountain Range High School. I look forward to seeing you all there!
If you are curious how people are doing, in the box at the top left hand side of the page, you can see results for the season by event under Season Records.
As always I am very proud of each and every one of you. It is a privilege and honor to coach you! Keep up the good work!
