What does it mean??
It matters what food (fuel) you put into your body if you want to achieve desired results on the track (or in life). Get plenty of protein to help build muscles (chicken breast, tuna fish, egg whites, peanut butter in moderation, wild game meat), carbohydrates to supply energy (brown rice, fruit, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, whole grain bread), and some 'good for you' fat (avocado, nuts). Water is a must for all the pieces to fall into place.
6 to 8 small meals throughout the day.
