Race Location: EA Cummings Center 6130 E Mount Morris Rd               Mt. Morris, MI 48458   Spectator Admission Fee: $5 per car

Time Schedule:

7:30-  Gates Open / Packet Pickup Available

8:30- HS Coaches Meeting at Finish Line

9:00-  Varsity HS Boys (Top 10)

9:30-  Varsity HS Girls (Top 10)

10:00- HS JV Boys

10:30- HS JV Girls

11:15-  HS Awards Ceremony

12:00-  Middle School Boys (Top 10)

12:20-  Middle School Girls (Top 10)

12:40-  Middle School JV Boys

1:00-  Middle School JV Girls

1:30-  MS Awards Ceremony

 

Divisions:

• 3 equal divisions are based on your MHSAA Division for the 2018 season.

 

T-shirts:

• Long Sleeve Shirts-  $20.  Dri-fit, high quality material, designed by our sponsor, Bauman’s Running Shop

 

Trainer:

• Trainer will be on hand to assist with injuries.  Ice will be available.

 

High School Awards: (Each gender separate)

• Traveling Trophy to overall team champs (Flint area schools only)
• Team Trophy to champion in each division
• Traveling Memorial Awards for Individual Champions (Flint area schools only)
• Top 14 in each division will receive awards
• Medals for Top 25 in JV race for both genders (handed out in finish chute)
• Coach of the year award

 

Middle School Awards: (Each gender separate)-  2 Divisions Minimum

• Team Trophy to champion in each division (# of divisions dependent on # of teams)
• Top 14 in each division will receive awards
• 3^rd division possible based on # of teams entered (If more than 20 teams, a 3^rd division will be added)

 

Results:

• Printed results will be posted 10 minutes after each race and uploaded to athletic.net after the meet concludes.

 

Entry Fee:

• $100 per HS team ($200 for boys and girls total).  Or $25 per runner if less than 5 runners. 
• $50 per MS team ($100 for boys and girls total).  Or $15 per runner if less than 5 runners.
• $25 late fee for any checks not post marked by October 12th.
