Coaches,

 

We are excited to invite you and your teams to the 36^th HOLE IN THE WALL XC INVITATIONAL!!  It looks like construction will finally be completed!!!  Thanks for your patience!  This year we will again have “Food Truck Alley”, chip timing for every athlete that runs, live online race results, and sub-varsity awards immediately after the completion of each of those races.  As always, we anticipate giving away more than one hundred special prizes; and of course the music will be playing!!

Please pass this information on to middle school level programs in your area.  We encourage them to attend but they need to sign up in advance!  No day of race registrations.

 

Race Schedule

              9:00am                Middle School Girls (unlimited entries), awards as soon as results are completed

              9:20am                Middle School Boys (unlimited entries), awards as soon as results are completed

              9:40am                Freshman/Sophomore Boys (2) (unlimited entries, random draw for race), awards ASAP after race

              10:20am              Freshman/Sophomore Boys (1) (unlimited entries, random draw for race), awards ASAP after race

              11:00am              Junior Varsity Girls (3) (team average over 26:00, unlimited entries), awards as soon as results are completed

              11:40am              Junior Varsity Girls (2) (team average over 24:00-26:00, unlimited entries), awards ASAP after race

              12:20pm             Junior Varsity Girls (1) (team average under 24:00, unlimited entries), awards ASAP after race

              1:00pm               Junior Varsity Boys (2) (team average over 21:00, unlimited entries), awards ASAP after race

              1:30pm               Junior Varsity Boys (1) (team average under 21:00, unlimited entries), awards ASAP after race

              2:00pm               Varsity Girls (2) (seven entries only, team average over 22:30)

              2:30pm               Varsity Boys (2) (seven entries only, team average over 18:00)

3:00pm               Varsity Girls (1) (seven entries only, team average under 22:30)

              3:30pm                Varsity Boys (1) (seven entries only, team average under 18:00)

4:00pm                Scott Skiles Memorial All-Comers Race ($10 entry fee payable day of race, high school numbers not valid for this race)

              4:30pm                Varsity Awards

 

Please consider this letter as your invoice for the accounting department at your school.

 

Entry Fees:         By May 1, 2019:  $150, high school team (boys and girls), $80 single team, or $15 per individual

                             After May 1, 2019:  $180, high school team (boys and girls), $115 single team, or $20 per individual

                             By May 1, 2019:  $80 middle school team (boys and girls), or $10 per individual    

                             After May 1, 2019:  $110 middle school team (boys and girls), or $15 per individual

Entries are due by Sunday, October 6, 2019 at midnight.

 

All entries will be made through www.athletic.net.  No entries will be accepted by fax or email. 

 

Directions to Lakewood:  I-5 Exit 206.  Go west about 1.5 miles.  Left on 11th.  Please park busses in the bus parking lot (look for signs).  No parking will be available behind the stadium.
