Gates open: 8:30AM.


Admission: $5.00 for both students and Adults. NO PASSES will be accepted


Parking: This will take everyone's cooperation.  The school lot is limited.  Buses must drop off athletes at the main gate.  The bus will be parking in the middle school lot located behind the visitor seating ofthe complex


Coaches Meeting: 9:30AM,  we will meet in the rec center wrestling room


Starting Time: 10:00 AM Field Events, 11:00 AM Prelims.


Information Needed: By May 15th 2017, 4:00PM. Use http://www.athletic.net for entries


(Late Fee: $50.00 late fee will be charged.  The late fee may not be used to change any time, height, or distance.  The only changes, which are permitted after 4:00

PM Monday, May 15th, 2017, will be scratches. After 4:00PM Monday, May 15, 2017 entries will not be accepted.)

Weighing-In of lmplements: Friday May 19th 8:30AM  till9:30  AM for girls' and boys' throwing implements.

Any implements not meeting certification will remain in management possession until

the completion of the event.

Weighing-In will take place at by the shot put area


Pole Vault pole inspection: This will take place at the event site.  Chelsea will be hosting this event on Thursday May 18t11, 2017 at Chelsea High School. Check in at

2:30 with the boys starting first at 3:30, Girls to follow at conclusion of the boys event.


Facility Usage: The Track and field Complex will be open for a walk through on Thursday May 18th, from 4:30PM till 7:00PM. Each school must supervise their athletes.  Also workers will be in the area, please allow them to do their jobs.  Meet preparation will be our first priority.


Track  and Field Events Surface Information: Spikes of W' may only be used on the

400 meter polyurethane track and long jump nmway.  Shot and discus area is cement, flats only.


Team Areas: The bleachers are recommended of seating only.  Tents and canopies may be set up around the visitor side of the complex.  No barbecues or grilling of any kind will be permitted.


School and locker Room Usage: Jefferson Schools will be holding their regular daily schedule of classes. This means the High School and Lockerrooms will be closed to all visitors.  Restrooms will be provided at the complex.  Come dressed to compete.


Concession Stand: The Jefferson Athletic Booster Club will be providing a concession stand during the day.  The concession stand will be open from 10:00 AM till5:00 PM.


Coaches Areas: Coaches and athletes must stay off the infield, and behind any areas of flagging.  Only those athletes competing may be in approved competition sections. Warm-ups are limited to the area outside of the track & field event areas.  The facility will be congested.  Please be aware of others.


M.H.S.A.A. Guidelines will be in effect throughout the day's competition.  No radios, cassette players, or open-air speaker system's allowed.  No Baseball, Football, Frisbee or any such playing will be allowed at the complex.

9:30AM: Coaches Meeting, we will meet in the rec center wrestling room


10:00 AM: First  Field Events

Girls High Jump, Girls Shot Put, Boys Discus, Boys Long Jump

After the completion of the above events the next section will start within one hour.

11:00 AM: Running Events


Final Event

Boys & Girls 3200 Relay (4x800) Semifinal

Boys & Girls 100 Meter Dash

Boys & Girls Hurdles

Boys & Girls 200 Meter Dash


Final Events will start one hour after the last Semifinal but no earlier than noon
