Details on upcoming meet on September 9 featuring Mason, St. Johns, Okemos and Lansing Catholic. Teams are permitted to run all members of their team and should enter them in Athletic.net.

The race will take place at the St. Francis Retreat Center in DeWitt. When you enter the property drive all the way to the parking lot at the end of the drive. From there the course is about 300 yards north. We will have someone to greet you and show you the best way to get to the course.

The course is using part of the course that we use for the Michigan Catholic Invitational and will use at regionals this year. This course is two and half loops on grass trails. The start and finish will be in the open field where you can make your team camp and we will have portable toilets.

Timing will be hand-timed. We will be handing cards to each runner as they finish. Please be sure each runner is aware that they need to get a card. Coaches, please enter names of runners on the cards and hand in the cards in your envelope to our scorers who will tabulate team scoring. On the front of your envelope please list the places of your top-seven runners.  As soon as each race is completed we will text you a list of all times that you can match to the numbers on your cards. Please be sure Coach Simpson has the number you would like times sent to.  We will enter all results in Athletic.net that night. There will be a boys race at 5:00 and a girls race at 5:40 and MS will run at 6:15.

Spectators are allowed anywhere on the course but should avoid the narrow trails and stay back in the area behind the start line where runners will be going both ways.

There will be a parking fee of $5.00 per car.
