Please see attached documents  (4 in total) regarding the MHSAA Pre Regional being held at Ledge Meadows Golf Course in Grand Ledge on Friday Oct 23. Boys race is at 4PM and Girls Race is at 4:45. All of the information you should need should be located in the attached documents below. Guidelines/Instructions for 2020 MHSAA Pre-Regional

Team Camps: Your starting box # is also your team camp number (See enclosed document)

1. Your 20’ x 20’ team camp area is marked and numbered
2. Unless wet grounds dictate otherwise, all team camps will be marked in white paint and located parallel to M-43 near the evergreens along the road.
3. Both your girls and boys teams will be assigned to this space. Please plan accordingly.
4. NO spectators are allowed in the camp area, only coaches and athletes!!

Parking:   Buses should park on shoulder of M-43(westbound) and empty athletes and coaches onto the course directly. Exception: Buses approaching Ledge Meadows Golf Course from the west, should drop athletes off in the parking lot, and then proceed east to turn around (perhaps in the Meijer parking lot 2 miles  east on M-43) and then park on the westbound shoulder for pick up.  NO ONE in individual automobiles  should park on M-43.  There will be more than enough spots in the Ledge Meadows Golf Course parking lot.

1. Please park in an assigned and directed spot.
2. The MHSAA only funds limited cost for timing and one starter.  They do NOT pay for portajohns or any other costs.  Consequently, we are charging $10/car for parking.  This will apply to ALL vehicles.  Carrying athletes will not waive the fee.  Sorry, but we need to try to reduce our losses. Only buses will NOT pay.
3. Please share this information (this entire set of instructions) with all spectators.

Face Masks  are REQUIRED for all spectators and coaches at ALL times!!!

1. Athletes should have face masks on when not involved in warmup, warmdown, or competition.
2. Remember all meet officials are wearing bright yellow face masks with a blue 2020 Greater Lansing CC Championship logo.
3. We are NOT limiting  the number of spectators; however,  . . . (please see # 4)
4. Refusal to wear a mask will result in the meet being delayed and the potential disqualification of that team from competition.   Spectators who refuse to keep their masks on will be asked to leave the golf course. Please help us to offer an opportunity for our athletes to have a great, safe, competitive opportunity.  Your cooperation is deeply appreciated.

Check-in and Check out will be near the driving range building.

1. Coaches only!
2. Meet day: reminders and bibs will be available upon arrival.
3. There will be no t-shirt or concession sales due to current covid-19  restrictions.
