We have a new format for our meet this year!  Please read the information below.

Time Schedule

4:00                 HSWomens 5K Race  - Divisions 1 & 2 – Limit 10 athletes per school

4:30                 HS Mens 5K Race – Divisions 1 & 2 – Limit 10 athletes per school

5:00                 HS J.V. Womens and Mens 5K Race – no medals  DIV 1, 2 JV

5:30                 HS Womens 5K Race  - Divisions 3 & 4

6:00                 HS Mens 5K Race – Divisions 3 & 4

6:30                 Kids Race – All grades can run this race.  Participation ribbons are

                        awarded to all runners.  Coaches must time their own athletes.  There are

                        no medals or trophies.

Awards – Medals will be awarded in the chute.  Trophies will be awarded when results are posted at the end of each race.

High School – Each division:                         Medals 1-30             1^st, 2^nd, 3rd place trophies

Middle School - participation ribbons only

The Course

We are using the same loop course as last year. The course will be marked with cones, flags, and painted lines.  Watch for red painted rocks and tree roots.  We have people at points on the course where there might be some confusion.  A map will be available.

Concessions, Restrooms

• The concession stand will not be open. Please bring your own water.
• The restrooms are also located up at the football field.

ALL cars and busses will use the Pleasant Street entrance to our campus, following the road up the hill and around to parking lots by the elementary school and football field.  Busses should park in the parking lot next to the football field.  There will be NO tents, cars or busses next to the starting line area this year.  Please refer to the map for tent space.  Because our course crosses a road, we want to limit the traffic, so that runners can cross safely.  CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN CARHART PARKING LOT OR FIELD.
