Hello Coaches & Athletic Directors,

We will NOT run a separate Varsity and Junior Varsity race; we will run only one high school boys’ race and one high school girls’ race. Coaches will put all of their high school runners into the one race (by gender). Team scores will then be taken from your first seven runners, regardless of their grade level; however, medals will be given by grade level to the top ten placers in each grade. We will give 40 medals per high school race—the first ten freshmen, first ten sophomores, first ten juniors, and first ten seniors.

Once again this year we will be using Mac’s Sports Timing. This year runners will receive a band to wear on their shoe that does not need to be returned, rather than a chip. You will receive an invite on Athletic.net to register your athletes. It is important to get that registration completed before the due date. Remember to enter all of your runners; additions will not be permitted on the day of the meet; drops can be made on race day, so check your registration carefully. Since medals are being awarded by grade level and gender, it is important that we have the accurate grade-level and gender of each athlete.

4:30 pm - Middle School Race—approx. 3k

5:00 pm – Girls’ Race 

5:40 pm – Boys’ Race (approx. will run ahead)

6:15 pm - Awards (Individual Medals & Team Trophies)

AWARDS

Middle School – Top 30 Boys & Top 30 Girls (1-5 Medals/6-30 Ribbons)

High School – 40 Medals: Top 10 Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, & Senior

Team Awards – 4 Trophies will be given: Champion Boys & Girls and Runner-Up for both the boys’ and girls’ races.

Entry Fee: MS = $35.00;  HS = $70.00 boys or girls/$130.00 for both
